Refund & Return Policy

📦 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

✔️ Damaged Product Delivered

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not working out of the box, we will provide:

  • Replacement or

  • Full refund

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos.

✔️ Wrong Product Received

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will arrange:

  • Free replacement pickup or

  • Full refund

✔️ Unused Condition Returns (Change of Mind)

Some products may be eligible for a return within 7 days if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and box are intact

Items opened or installed cannot be returned for “change of mind”.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Installed/used smart devices

  • Products damaged due to incorrect handling or wiring

  • Custom-ordered items

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products damaged after delivery


🔄 3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements when:

  • Product is dead on arrival

  • Not functioning as per description

  • Incorrect item delivered

Replacements are shipped after quality check of the returned product.


💰 4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timelines:

  • UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 3–5 business days

  • Credit/Debit Cards / EMI: 5–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund issued to bank account after verification

Shipping fees or COD charges are not refundable unless the product was faulty or wrong item was sent by us.


🚚 5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is faulty or wrong item delivered: We cover full return shipping.

  • If customer changes mind / ordered wrong item: Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Moeshouse India may deny returns for:

  • Repeated return requests from misuse

  • Products returned in unsellable condition

  • Fraudulent claims

This is to maintain fairness for all customers.
