Warranty Policy – MoesHouse India

At MoesHouse India, we want you to have a worry-free and reliable shopping experience.
All our smart home products come with a warranty to protect you from manufacturing defects and quality issues.


🟦 1. Warranty Duration

Unless mentioned otherwise on the product page:

  • All smart home devices include a 6-month warranty

  • Some products may offer 12-month warranty (mentioned individually)

You can check each product page for the specific warranty period.


🟦 2. What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects only, such as:

  • Product not powering on

  • Internal component failure

  • Sensor or switch malfunction

  • Device not functioning as designed

If the defect is covered, we will provide free repair or replacement depending on the issue.


🟦 3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Physical damage (broken body, cracks, dents)

  • Water damage or liquid exposure

  • Burnt components due to wrong wiring or high voltage

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Damage caused during improper installation

  • Unauthorized opening, repair, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Loss or theft of product

Any product showing clear signs of external damage is not eligible for warranty.


🟦 4. Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at support@moeshouse.in or WhatsApp +91 9487007988

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Issue description

    • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect

  3. Our support team will review the issue within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved:

    • We will arrange repair or replacement

    • You may be asked to ship the product to our service address


🟦 5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • If the product has a valid manufacturing defect, MoesHouse India will cover return shipping back to you after repair/replacement.

  • The customer may be required to send the product to us for inspection.

  • If the issue is not covered by warranty, shipping charges will apply.


🟦 6. Replacement Terms

Replacements are provided when:

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect

  • The defect cannot be repaired

  • The same model is available in stock

If the same model is unavailable:

  • We will offer an equivalent product, or

  • Provide store credit or refund based on condition


🟦 7. Warranty for Accessories

Accessories such as cables, adapters, batteries, remote controls, etc. may have limited or no warranty unless mentioned on the product page.


🟦 8. Invoice Requirement

Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

  • Order ID

  • Invoice

  • Email confirmation
